When you submit any form on my website, as part of the process I collect personal information you give me, such as your name, email address, and in the web shop (Merch) your postal address in order to fulfil orders. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

I collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

My website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace provides me with the online platform that allows me to sell my products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Squarespace's data storage, databases and the general Squarespace applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. HOW WE COMMUNICATE WITH YOU
I will only contact you with your consent. Either through my mailing list or to fulfil an order made through the Merch/Webstore (payments which are controlled by Stripe).
Mailing List: Your name, e-mail address, and sometimes your location (if consented) is collected, and is used for a maximum one e-mail per calendar month. The information you submit, you submit with the knowledge that I will send you updates on releases, news and forthcoming gigs. I have no intention of using your data for anything other than the specified above. If you sign up, you consent to me using this data for the specified above.
Merch/Web Store: Your name, e-mail address, and postal address is collected to fulfil CD, merchandise and download orders. The information you submit, you submit with the knowledge that I use this data only to fulfil your orders. I have no intention of using your data for anything else, and will not sign you up to the mailing list without your consent. If you proceed with an order, you consent to me using this data for the specified above. All credit card, Apple and Google Pay orders are fulfilled by Stripe.
